May 27, 2021 -- Agilent Technologies saw revenue exceed expectations for the company's second quarter, while net income more than doubled.

For the period, Agilent reported revenue of $1.5 billion (end-April 30), an increase of 23% compared to $1.2 billion in the second quarter of 2020. The company's net income for the period was $216 million, versus $101 million in the corresponding quarter of 2020.
