March 2, 2021 -- NanoString Technologies has launched a technology access program for its spatial molecular imager.
Under the program, a customer can submit tissue samples to NanoString to be analyzed using the 1000-plex RNA panel and receive a complete data package.
The spatial molecular imager platform provides sensitive, high-resolution imaging of hundreds to thousands of RNAs or proteins directly from cells within morphologically intact tissue samples. The platform leverages the company's Hyb & Seq chemistry optimized for in situ spatial analysis.
The new platform complements NanoString's other high-plex, high-throughput technologies: the GeoMX digital spatial profiler, which provides spatial profiling of RNA and protein targets, and the GeoMx whole transcriptome atlas.
Nanostring will be discussing its technology at the Advances in Genome Biology and Technology (AGBT) 2021 General Meeting.
