It contains Cloudz particles, which are dissolvable microspheres designed for CD3 and CD28 antibodies for the expansion of T cells, the company said. The kit works within the company's T cell culture platform. The particles can be added to CD3+ T cells or peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC), according to Bio-Techne.
