March 9, 2021 -- PerkinElmer has acquired ES Industries, a producer of liquid chromatography consumables, including highly efficient high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and supercritical fluid chromatography column chemistries.
The addition of the column technologies will allow customers in pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals, chemicals, food safety, and environmental industries to purchase their full liquid chromatography workflow needs in a single buying channel.
ES Industries products include the Epic, GreenSep (achiral separations), ChromegaChiral (chiral separations), and Chromegabond reverse phase columns.
Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
