The new tools include the following:
- NexION 5000 Multi-Quadruple ICP-MS for trace element analyses
- Spectrum 3 spectrometer, a tri-range Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy device which features 100 scans per second for research, product development, or reaction monitoring. Spectrum 3 can be used with the company's TGA 8000 thermogravimetric analyzer and its Clarus Sq8 GC/MS chromatography system. It is based on the company's Spectrum 10 software.
- Spectrum Two + spectrometer for compositional and quality analyses
- S20 Autosamplers Series for improving sample automation speed
