Under the deal, HelaPlex will gain access to Scispot.io's white-label digital operating platform. HelaPlex will provide a secure digital space for Scispot.io's members so they can manage their research, resources, and partners at one location in compliance with commercial regulatory requirements.

Scipot.io aims to create a community of smart digital biotech companies that are interconnected in a collaborative network, it said.
