Under the deal, Scitara's Digital Lab Exchange (DLX) platform will be integrated with IDBS' Polar pharmaceutical lifecycle management software platform, according to the companies.

Designed to address the challenge of sharing and digitalizing laboratory data across the biopharmaceutical lifecycle, the combined package will enable IDBS customers to gain connectivity to any instrument or application in regulated and nonregulated laboratories, the firms said.
