Two Labs acquires CEEK Enterprises

February 7, 2020 -- Pharma services firm Two Labs of Powell, OH, has acquired management consultancy company CEEK Enterprises.

CEEK supports clients in the biopharma and medtech industries. By adding CEEK to its portfolio, Two Labs expands its ability to serve its life science clients, supporting them through new product development to commercial launch, it said.

The deal closed on February 3. CEEK will continue to operate out of its Boston headquarters, Two Labs said.
