Partek, Agilent reach deal on software integration

By The Science Advisory Board staff writers

August 19, 2021 -- Partek will integrate its Partek Flow bioinformatics software with Agilent's Alissa clinical informatics platform.

Partek Flow automatically processes and analyzes sequencing data in the background and then passes results to the Agilent Alissa Interpret platform, where the information is combined into a single report, according to the company. The integration is intended to help support clinical decisions and identify genetic disease signatures in the clinical setting.

The agreement allows Agilent to resell Partek Flow software through the Alissa portal for a single-point solution.
