By The Science Advisory Board staff writers

May 23, 2022 -- Clario is expanding its partnership with cognitive science company, Cogstate, to jointly enhance data quality for neuroscience studies.

Clario's electronic clinical outcome assessment (eCOA) multimedia technology for audio, photo, and patient/clinician data capture will be combined with Cogstate's global clinical network and therapeutic expertise in neurodegenerative diseases. The collaboration will enable standardized data collection for cognitive endpoints; it will also reduce rater and site burden, according to the firms. In addition, the combination will help bring new therapies to market faster, they added.
