August 5, 2021 -- 908 Devices reported a 26% decrease in revenues for the second quarter of 2021 compared to the same period in the prior year.

For the second quarter (end-June 30, 2021), the company reported revenue of $8.3 million. During the second quarter of 2020, revenue was $11.1 million. Gross profit was $4.4 million for the second quarter of 2021 compared to $6.4 million for the same period in 2020. Product and service gross margin was 53% in the second quarter of 2021 compared to 58% for the corresponding prior year period.
