Curia to acquire LakePharma

July 14, 2021 -- Curia, formerly known as Albany Molecular Research (AMRI), has inked a deal to acquire private biologics firm LakePharma.

Once the transaction closes, the combined company will provide expertise in large and small molecules for drug discovery, drug substance manufacturing, sterile injectable formulation, and fill-finish production.

LakePharma has sites in California, Massachusetts, and Texas. Terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
