ZS bids for digital health firm Medullan

June 15, 2021 -- Global professional services company ZS has inked a deal to acquire digital health technology provider Medullan.

The deal will bring together ZS's consulting, technology, and analytical services in life sciences with Medullan's digital health offerings and its Vara virtual care and decentralized platform, according to the firms. Upon closure of the acquisition, Medullan's 80-plus employees will join ZS's Digital and Connected Health practice.

Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
