Rosalind, Geninus expand single-cell analysis offerings in Asia

April 15, 2021 -- Rosalind has partnered with Geninus and HeLiXrUs to enable a new single-cell data analysis solution for cancer researchers in Asia.

Rosalind will combine its platform with Geninus' Celinus single-cell RNA sequencing services to provide expanded analysis and interpretation of data, as well as sharing and collaboration across labs and geographies. The integrated analysis offering is now available to clinicians, academic researchers, and pharmaceutical companies in South Korea and other Asian markets.

Celinus allows direct measurement of gene expression and genetic alteration with single-cell resolution to quantify intracellular heterogeneity and characterize cell types, states, and cellular transition dynamics. It can support single-cell gene expression, single-cell immune profiling, single-nucleus gene expression, single-cell multiome ATAC, and spatial gene expression from the 10X Genomics platform.

HeLiXrUs is a channel partnership company formed to help establish the relationship between Rosalind and Geninus.
