By The Science Advisory Board staff writers

August 10, 2020 -- Bruker is highlighting its support of a global project called COVID19-NMR that will investigate the structure, dynamics, function, and binding of SARS-CoV-2 viral RNA and proteins using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy.

Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany, initiated the project. It includes a consortium of 30 organizations in 15 countries and will explore the potential of small molecule drugs to bind to the virus's biopolymer structures, Bruker said.
