Dynatrace touts benefits of AI software

By The Science Advisory Board staff writers

October 1, 2021 -- Dynatrace is highlighting the integration of its artificial intelligence (AI) software at research and education publisher Wiley.

Dynatrace's products include online platforms that disseminate peer-reviewed research more quickly; adaptive courseware and online education; and professional learning content and services, including job training, placement, and databases.

Wiley integrated Dynatrace's software after migrating to a cloud-native architecture, including Kubernetes and serverless compute services.

"Providing access to research and education content, platforms, and services from anywhere at any time is vital, and Dynatrace is key to our ability to achieve this," said Sean Mack, chief information officer at Wiley, in a news release.
