Excelra launches updated Gostar chemistry insights engine

August 23, 2021 -- Data science firm Excelra has released an updated version of its Gostar chemistry insights engine. The updated version includes a more advanced search function, analysis, and visualization tools to accelerate hit identification and lead optimization.

Excelra noted that Gostar now consists of more than 8 million compounds, as well as bioactivity data. The new version will speed drug discovery scientists' efforts, according to the firm.

The new version of Gostar is available through application programming interfaces or as a downloadable dataset, the company said.
