If you are unable to find a survey link in the invitation email, here are some suggestions:

Try clicking the area where the email says "Take the Questionnaire?"

• The link is attached to those words.

Are you using a software-based email client (not webmail) to view the email?

• If so, clients like Thunderbird, for example, sometimes strip out our links from the email. Try viewing your email through another email service.

Did you get a link but received an Error Message upon clicking it?
