Codex DNA to buy Eton Bioscience for $13M

November 10, 2021 -- Automated benchtop synthetic biology systems developer Codex DNA has agreed to acquire Eton Bioscience for $13 million.

The deal will help Codex DNA speed development of its BioXp system, which automates DNA assembly, cloning, amplification, and mRNA synthesis, the company said.
