The BioTools Innovator program, powered by MedTech Innovator, is an accelerator competition supporting entrepreneurial companies that are developing groundbreaking biotechnology products, platforms, and services.
In its inaugural year, from a pool of over 300 applicants, 10 startup companies were selected to participate in the accelerator program, which provides visibility and access to investors, stakeholders, decision makers; a network of mentors and peers, and participation in a customized educational curriculum.
On October 7, BioTools Innovator selected five finalists. Then, at the final Capstone event on October 14, the finalists were asked to make a final pitch. After a live audience vote, Machine Bio was selected as the inaugural BioTools Innovator winner!
