The acquisition will increase Aceto's GMP manufacturing, packaging, and ingredients offerings for the cell culture, vaccine, and biopharmaceutical industries. A&C has capabilities in custom ingredient development, manufacturing, and packaging in the life sciences industries, which will now provide Aceto with greater access to critical raw materials and excipients used in synthesizing biologics.

Aceto will continue to support A&C's manufacturing facilities and offices in the U.S., Canada, and Ireland. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
