March 24, 2022 -- Precision oncology firm Personalis will present new data at the scientific poster session at the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting 2022, held April 8-13.
Poster topics will include the following:
- The firm’s NeXT Liquid Biopsy platform for the identification of somatic variants in liquid biopsy samples
- The firm’s NeXT Personal platform, a tumor-informed liquid biopsy assay for the detection of minimal residual disease
- The company’s neoantigen prediction algorithm, Systematic HLA Epitope Ranking Pan Algorithm (SHERPA)
