August 24, 2022 -- Beckman Coulter Life Sciences has partnered with Flownamics to offer an automated, online solution for bioprocess culture monitoring and control, meeting what the companies see as an unmet need in the current bioprocessing environment.

Under the partnership, Beckman Coulter's Vi-Cell Blu cell viability analyzer is being combined with the Seg-Flow S3 automated online sampling system from Flownamics to create a seamless user experience.

By integrating the two products into one workflow, the companies contend there is now available a robust, rapid process analytical technology platform for real-time cell characterization of bioprocess cell cultures.

"This is a great combination to create a precise, rapid cell analysis platform for real-time characterization of bioprocess cell cultures," said Bhagya Wijayawardena, product manager for Beckman Coulter's Vi-Cell Blu analyzer. "We're excited to collaborate with Flownamics to bring this synergy to labs around the world looking for bioprocessing solutions."
