July 20, 2021 -- Cellink company Cytena Bioprocess Solutions has unveiled its new S.Nest microbioreactor.

Suitable for cell-line development, S.Nest is a high-throughput reactor that features real-time monitoring, according to the firm. It includes reciprocating mixing technology, incubation chambers with individual environmental controls, and a camera module for real-time monitoring of pH and dissolved oxygen, Cytena said.

In addition, S.Nest comes with analytics software and is compatible with 96-well or 24-well culture plates. The microbioreactor's four chambers enable simultaneous culturing of as many as 384 wells, Cytena said.

S.Nest utilizes suspension culturing nourished by a continuous supply of oxygen, according to the company.
