May 28, 2021 -- TetraScience announced that the latest version of its Tetra Data Platform now includes bidirectional data integration capabilities for fully traceable, round trip automation between lab instruments and electronic laboratory notebooks (ELNs)/laboratory information management systems (LIMSs).

The platform now enables researchers to build experiments in their ELNs/LIMSs, send the designs to a variety of instruments directly from the ELNs/LIMSs, and then receive the raw data and results in their ELNs/LIMSs for further analysis and iterative experiment design. The new capabilities eliminate manual transcription and remove legacy point to point connections, the company said in a release.

Bidirectional data capabilities are included in the latest release of the Tetra Data Platform and are generally available for TetraScience customers.
