June 16, 2022 -- ValGenesis has completed its acquisition of Portugal-based 4Tune Engineering (4TE), a firm that models risk management programs and improves process performance throughout the good manufacturing process (GMP) lifecycle.
The 4TE risk management platform, iRisk, and its continuous process verification software system, iSee, will be incorporated into ValGenesis' Validation Lifecycle Management System.
The acquisition bolsters ValGenesis' presence in the European and Latin America markets and the 4TE Lisbon office will continue to orchestrate the development of iRisk and iSee with support from ValGenesis.
