Aura CL uses background membrane imaging and fluorescent membrane microscopy to distinguish therapeutic cells from contaminants and other particles that might affect product quality. The instrument can count, size, and identify therapeutic cell types and determine if nonconforming particles are cellular, protein, or other types of material, according to the firm.
