Agilent debuts immune cell analysis platform

By The Science Advisory Board staff writers

February 17, 2021 -- Agilent Technologies has debuted its Seahorse extracellular flux (XF) HS miniplate that provides improved immune cell metabolic analysis.

Specifically designed for the Agilent's Seahorse XF HS mini analyzer, the mini platform analyzes mitochondrial respiration, glycolysis, and adenosine triphosphate (ATP) production in live cells in real-time. The platform is ideal for performing energy metabolism measurements ex vivo, according to the company. With these measurements, researchers can better understand cell health, function, and signaling.
