March 30, 2021 -- Sciex and Seer have inked a nonexclusive commercial agreement. Under the deal, Seer will market Sciex's mass spectrometry systems together with its Proteograph product suite.

The firms believe that the combination will yield end-to-end proteomics workflows for labs of all types. Seer's Proteograph product suite includes proprietary engineered nanoparticles, consumables, an automation instrument, and software that enables proteomics studies.

Adding Sciex systems will bring new options for customers to add unbiased proteomics analysis to their studies, according to the companies. Existing proteomics labs can also expand their application set with the combined offering, Seer and Sciex said.
