August 18, 2020 -- PerkinElmer has launched a series of new workstations for SARS-CoV-2 testing.

The company's new explorer workstations are modular, scalable, and capable of running up to 10,000 tests per day, according to the firm. They streamline SARS-CoV-2 reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) testing, which improves laboratory workflows, PerkinElmer said.
