Aizon unveils new data processing product

By The Science Advisory Board staff writers

June 23, 2022 -- Aizon debuted its new good practice (GxP)-compliant data processing product, Aizon Digitize, which supports life sciences manufacturers with digitization, productivity, and avoiding time-consuming data inputs.

Aizon Digitize automatically uploads paper records and other common file formats to begin creating an audit trail that also enables tracking changes to the data. Digitize integrates with electronic batch records, laboratory information management systems, quality management systems, and manufacturing execution systems.

Instead of relying on manual entries and processes, Digitize automates the process and helps prevent erroneous data through optical character recognition and forms-based data entry. Organizations can upload multiple data types and store them in the cloud, including handwritten documents, PDFs, and spreadsheets. The software also provides customized and dynamically built forms. Users receive confirmation that each form entry matches the expected data type, and it can be saved in CFR 21 part 11 compliant records.
