Dovetail Genomics expands epigenetics offerings

By The Science Advisory Board staff writers

September 13, 2021 -- Dovetail Genomics is expanding its epigenetics offerings in the areas of bioinformatics and target enrichment as an add-on to the company's Micro-C projects.

The expansion includes an analysis feature that gives users access to A/B compartments, topologically associating domains, and chromatin loops.

Dovetail is also releasing new approaches for identifying chromatin conformational features, including a panel that offers a customer-provided sample processing service, a Micro-C-based proximity ligation assay, expanded next-generation sequencing libraries, sequencing to 150 million read pairs, and computational analysis.

The company will highlight this expanded epigenetics service at a free, half-day virtual event, the Dovetail Epigenetics Summit 2021, on September 15, 2021.
