September 10, 2021 -- Cytiva has tripled its capacity for single-use consumables in China with the help of three new manufacturing lines, the company said.

The company plans to launch eight additional lines in the third quarter of 2022. Cytiva is collaborating with Wego Pharmaceutical to expand an existing facility the two companies jointly launched in 2018. The expansions are part of a $1.5 billion-dollar investment by Cytiva and Pall Corporation.

Cytiva is also introducing new products, including 100-liter to 1,000-liter Xcellerex mixer bags, to its manufacturing portfolio.
