IMA Group acquires research site in Texas

October 13, 2021 -- The IMA Group has acquired Diagnostics Research Group (DXRG), a clinical research site in San Antonio, TX.

The acquisition strengthens and broadens IMA's Clinical Research Division, a physician-founded network of integrated clinical research sites specializing in phase II-IV hybrid and fully decentralized trials in multiple therapeutic areas.

DXRG will continue to operate under its existing name. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
