Shipping Information

The SAB covers all shipping costs for your Rewards Catalog items and all additional Customs Duties/Fees that may be incurred when the item crosses international borders. Please note that additional fees are subject to change at any time and differ between countries and item categories. It is up to the Customs office of each country to set the Customs fees based on where the item is coming from and what the item is; our vendors do not have any control over what the additional costs may be. Upon arrival of the item, if the shipping company or Customs office contacts you in regards to additional fees, simply contact a member of The SAB staff with your contact information, item ordered, shipping tracking number & shipping company information. The SAB will contact the shipping service directly and pay the Customs duties/fees on your behalf. Once they have been paid, we will notify you via email that it is completed. Please note that it may take a few days for the shipping service (UPS, Fedex, or other) to process the payment & notify Customs to release the item to you in the event that the Customs office retains the item. 

This is the standard procedure in place at The SAB for dealing with such orders. 

The SAB will not reimburse individual SAB members directly if you pay the Customs duties/fees and then request to be reimbursed afterwards. We only pay the Customs duties/fees direct to the shipping service and/or Customs office, because we need an official receipt of the transaction in electronic form.
