Cassiopeia Project

www.cassiopeiaproject.com/index.php

Rating:

Cassiopeia Project is a scientific website where one can watch educational high definition videos from chemistry to astronomy and evolution. It has a great series of videos that provide an enormous breadth of information that make the concepts of common descent and macroevolution inescapable. Think dinosaurs and cavemen walked the earth together? Then you probably haven’t watched any of these videos! You can even edit videos for your own projects.  It is also helpful for science teachers who want to educate themselves about recent scientific developments and convey them to their students.

Videos are state of the art and very informative for most of the people because they contain simple facts underlying the scientific concepts. They are not very long though, which I think is a drawback of this site. On the other hand, the quality of the pictures, lectures and animations makes this website a wonderful place for scientists, teachers or anybody looking for information.
