Scivision www.scivision.com/sciProtein.html Rating: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() SciProtein is a toolkit that bridges the growing gap between new primary protein sequences and pre-existing 3D structures. Through homology searching, motif identification, sequence property maps, and construction of secondary structures, SciProtein provides the researcher with a powerful set of productivity tools to investigate protein structure and function. You can do homology and motif searching, property maps, and structure prediction. I'm not sure that I would invest that much money into this software but I do see how it would be a great teaching tool. Review by HarryHoudini [ Back to Link Categories ] [ To Database Categories ] |
